DJ Services Agreement

This DJ Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on

1. EVENT DETAILS:

2. SERVICES PROVIDED:

Lights Out Entertainment agrees to provide the following services:

• Professional DJ performance for the duration specified above

• State-of-the-art audio equipment

• Microphone use for announcements and speeches

• Basic event lighting package

• Pre-event music consultation and playlist customization

• Master of Ceremonies (MC) services, if requested

3. PAYMENT TERMS:

Client agrees to the specified per hourly rate agreed upon with the additional overtime payment of $100 per hour past the designated timeframe specified above.

Client agrees to the 50% deposit required to reserve the date with the understanding that it is not refundable.

Client agrees to the final balance due 2 weeks prior to the event. If payment is not received by the due date, Lights Out Entertainment reserves the right to cancel services.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellations more than 30 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in payment of the full contract amount.

• If Lights Out Entertainment is unable to fulfill this agreement due to illness, accident, or unforeseen emergency, a full refund of all payments (including deposit) will be made, and reasonable efforts will be made to find a replacement DJ.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client will ensure that the venue provides safe electrical access and adequate space for DJ setup.

• Client will provide shelter or covering for outdoor events to protect equipment from weather.

• Client agrees to provide reasonable access for load-in and load-out before and after the event.

6. MUSIC AND REQUESTS

Lights Out Entertainment will collaborate with the client to create a customized playlist. The client may provide a “Do Not Play” list and/or special requests. Final selections must be submitted no later than 14 days prior to the event.

7. LIABILITY

Lights Out Entertainment is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during the event except those directly caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Lights Out Entertainment harmless against any claims resulting from event activities.
